Privacy Policy

iSpendBit is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold your funds and we do not store your recovery phrase or private keys — they are generated and stored, encrypted, only on your device. Buying and selling crypto is carried out by a licensed third-party payment processor that performs identity verification (KYC/AML) and handles all fiat. That processor collects and holds identity documents under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store them.

1. Information we process

We keep our data collection to the minimum needed to run the App:

• Wallet addresses — your public blockchain addresses (used to display balances and history). These are public by nature.
• Bank details you enter — passed to the payment processor to pay you; we do not use them for anything else.
• Support messages — anything you send us via in-app support or email.
• Basic technical data — app version, device type and error logs, to keep the App working.

2. What we do NOT collect

• Your recovery phrase / private keys — these never leave your device and we cannot access them.
• Your KYC/identity documents — these are collected and held by the licensed payment processor, not us.
• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. How we use information

To operate and secure the App, display your balances, enable buy/sell through the payment processor, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with our licensed payment processor to enable a transaction you request (for example, the amount, the coin, and your bank details for a payout). We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Security

Keys are encrypted on your device; the App supports a PIN and biometric lock. Communication with our servers uses encryption (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure — you are responsible for safeguarding your device and your recovery phrase.

6. Data retention

We retain the limited data above only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights (NDPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to ask about data held by the payment processor, email support@ispendbit.com.

8. Children

iSpendBit is only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
